Join Red Door Concerts for an afternoon concert featuring soprano Lauren Bryant-Monk, mezzo-soprano Daria Kharchenko, Megaria Halim (piano), and Jeffrey Komar (viola).

Musical offerings will include Johannes Brahms’ exquisite Zwei Gesänge, Op. 91, Karim Al-Zand’s youthful viola sonata Hollows and Dells, Elizabeth Raum’s sardonic song cycle Renovated Rhymes, and Jessica Meyer’s darkly beautiful Seasons of Basho, a musical setting of Haikus by the Japanese poet Matsuo Basho.

This is music to stir the mind and warm the heart – the perfect antidote to a cold winter’s day!
